Did you see them past derrepente are very comfortable to sleep and then is who are between awake and asleep but you can not move, and sometimes you even see both visual and auditory hallucinations?
This to me in particular I spent a lot of even 3 or 4 times a night.
Many say they will raise the dead, which old witch walk into your room, which grew out of soul or no to those who say they are aliens we are kidnapping and so we are very rare .... ..... but this is known as "sleep paralysis", which are transient episodes in which the self can not move or talk and sometimes we think that you can not breathe but the reality is that as all that happens it causes anxiety to the person and it is more advisable to keep yourself calm and little by little is going to be removing that feeling.
Actually I think the sleep paralysis take action when one is upset and has many preucupaciones because I remember when my I was more than 3 times a night I was experiencing many things that were bringing me sad and angry, very upset.
But it can also happen after a super party and that while stronger gave me was when I went to Cocoyoc whole weekend like 5 years ago and the truth in those 3 days did not sleep. For when porfin slept in my house I get the feeling that I was going to sleep paralysis and I remember every conversation he had had on that end, the I started to listen but quickly, and all to see and when I finally calm down the end of that "dream" sound like if a cable connected to an amplifier would have made a short and finally woke up so that the truth was a good crazy EXPERIENCE.
